Unexpected views from the room

Woke up to breathtaking views of the skyline. The staff treated us like family, always ready to help and ensure our stay was perfect. Loved the cozy lounge areas!

However, the air conditioning was lackluster, making it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer nights. The rooms also seemed dated, needing a refresh to match the lovely surroundings.

I had a super relaxing time, enjoying the refreshing foot massage just a two-minute walk away and the decent gym for some quick workouts. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of options, but the room could use some updates as it's starting to show its age. Overall, a nice stay, so if you're after comfort without the frills, you’ll be fine here! 😊

I booked for three people but got a room for two! This forced a move to a smaller room that was outdated. Also, there was no bidet, which made it uncomfortable for me during my stay. Overall, the poor room size and amenities left me incredibly frustrated.

The executive lounge on the 16th floor had a fantastic happy hour with delicious hot food, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The location is just a short walk to the metro. The staff are friendly and speak English well. Breakfast offers a good variety of vegetarian options. My room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. 😊

The Courtyard By Marriott Shanghai Pudong offers a spacious room with a high-level view, great water pressure in the shower, and a cozy selection of pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The lounge on the 16th floor serves a delicious spread of food during happy hour, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Friendly staff made check-in smooth especially Michael and Eric. Breakfast had a good variety which I appreciated. The room was clean with a comfortable bed that allowed for restful nights. The city view from my Deluxe Room enhanced the experience and showcased the skyline beautifully.

I had a great time with my friends! We explored Nanjing Road and Tianzifang, both just a short walk away. The breakfast spread was fantastic with various options, and the staff were super friendly. The location was perfect for grabbing food close by and easy access to the subway.

Unfortunately, they didn’t register my Marriott membership, which meant I missed out on some discounts on my bill.
